AI Trainings

Do you want to not only understand artificial intelligence, but also put it to practical use in your company? Our AI training courses provide hands-on knowledge for every level of your organization—from the executive suite to your employees’ day-to-day work. All training sessions can be conducted using existing AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, the tsf AI portal, or ChatGPT, upon request, and can be customized to fit your company’s specific context. All four workshops can also be booked as a introductory seminar (1 day) or as a intensive seminar (2 days with in-depth practical exercises)—each for up to 12 participants.

AI Training Based on Microsoft 365 Copilot

For companies that use Microsoft 365 as their primary work environment, we offer a dedicated training course specifically focused on Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot in Office applications, and CoWork.

Participants first receive a structured overview of current AI solutions—from ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude to advanced AI platforms such as the tsf AI Portal—and gain an understanding of their differences, use cases, and limitations. The focus then shifts to the efficient use of Microsoft 365 Copilot: from the basics to practical applications in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Special emphasis is placed on working with company-specific data, using Copilot Notebooks, and AI agents for automation and knowledge provision.
