The handover of the company by its founder and former managing director, Günther Förtig, to the family of Daniela Gluch (née Förtig), Dipl.-Ing. Daniel Gluch, and Jannick Gluch (M.Sc./B.Sc.) took place on January 1, 2026.
Günther Förtig is handing over a financially sound company—no small feat in these challenging times—and is retiring after decades of dedicated service. The second and third generations are taking the reins, bringing international experience and a fresh spirit of innovation, and are systematically realigning the company.
As the new managing director, Daniel Gluch will be responsible for, among other things, the Technology & Finance divisions and will focus on new consulting services for small and medium-sized businesses and local governments. The newly established Competence Center, which includes an academy, will develop training programs for clients as well as refine vocational training and continuing education programs. In addition, dual degree programs in Applied Computer Science are offered. To ensure continuity and preserve what has been tried and true, Joachim Büttner will remain in his role as managing director, responsible for sales and day-to-day operations. Jannick Gluch, who holds a master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, is responsible for the areas of artificial intelligence and software development.
In addition to their work at tsf, Daniel and Jannick Gluch continue to advise global corporations and banks through their engineering firm, GLUCH. They are now specifically applying this international expertise at tsf—in the areas of communications and telephony, contact center solutions, and artificial intelligence. Their goal: to give companies, municipalities, and schools access to the same technologies that are otherwise reserved for large corporations—tailored to the needs of small and medium-sized businesses.
Our mission at tsf is to ensure that our international experience in information and communication technology, as well as our in-depth expertise in the field of artificial intelligence, is no longer reserved exclusively for global corporations and banks, but rather to make this expertise specifically available to regional small and medium-sized businesses.
