IT Specialist – Systems Integration

Your Responsibilities

• Provide service-focused support to our customers
• Manage and deliver IT projects independently
• Administer systems and networks
• Provide immediate technical support to resolve incidents and restore hardware and software functionality
• Administer IT systems, including servers, clients and peripherals
• Create, update and expand system documentation

Your Qualifications

• A structured, solution-oriented and independent approach to work
• Strong initiative, commitment, assertiveness and resilience, along with a keen awareness of service, quality and costs
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Experience with Windows client and server systems, Active Directory and VMware
• Knowledge of Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online and related technologies
• Experience with Microsoft Hyper-V, Exchange, RDP and SQL
• Experience administering backup and firewall solutions, routing and switching
• A confident, personable manner, a drive to succeed and an enthusiasm for direct customer interaction
